If you have a back ache just try resting and taking painkillers then go do some exercise to strengthen your abdominal muscles. If that doe not work go see a professional.

They find their stomach a major trouble spot, the reason that they all appeal to certain abdominal exercise and fitness trainings that will help strengthen and tone their abdominal muscles.
